Ahhhh, the moment of rest from a busy week! I'm still working, but it was nice getting a rest day, of which I intend to use fully, and get back to it for day 8. I enjoyed this workout and how lovely to jump on the scale and discover 4 missing pounds! I've been peaked for some time, it was nice to see the scale go down finally.
Onward I go, a bottle of water in hand, and a clearer perception of how healthy foods fuel, and heavy foods weigh you down, and I need to be light when working out!
